What you'll be doing:
Conduct field evaluations and develop detailed condition assessment reports
Design repairs and prepare specifications for building envelope and structural components
Lead and coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and internal and external communications
Manage construction administration, including site observations and field testing
Review contractor submittals, change orders, and payment applications
Support and mentor junior staff, helping build out the new Colorado team
Serve as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in building envelope or structural rehabilitation
Background in multifamily or commercial projects preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
PE, RA, or IIBEC certifications (such as RRO, RRC, REWO) preferred
Strong project management, communication, and field documentation skills
Valid U.S. driver's license required
