What you'll be doing:
Serve as a key member of the Southern California Forensics team, collaborating across multiple offices
Conduct damage assessments and develop jurisdictionally compliant Construction Documents
Manage insurance-funded repair and reconstruction projects
Lead client meetings and build strong relationships with project stakeholders
Oversee project scope, budget, and profitability
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis
Licensed California Civil Engineer (California Structural Engineer license preferred)
Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is a plus
10+ years of relevant experience with structural systems (steel, concrete, timber, and masonry)
Proven experience producing Construction Documents for damage repair and Code-compliance reports
