What you'll be doing:
Supporting ground-up projects valued at $100M+ from start through completion
Coordinating daily jobsite activities with subcontractors and trade partners
Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and resolving on-site issues
Leading or supporting owner walkthroughs and site inspections
Helping to drive a strong culture of safety and compliance
Supporting project documentation, reporting, and training initiatives
What we're looking for:
2+ years of construction experience, ideally on large-scale base-build or mission-critical projects
Familiarity with MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Experience assisting superintendents on complex projects
A proactive, detail oriented, and hands on approach to site operations
