What you'll be doing:
Assist in managing the day to day operations of construction projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow
Support in preparing and reviewing project documents including contracts, budgets, and schedules
Track project progress, costs, and timelines while ensuring adherence to quality standards
Help identify risks and assist with issue resolution to keep projects on track
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
3 or more years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer
Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project management software
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
