What you'll be doing:
Manage base build projects from the ground up through to closeout
Deliver 2 week look aheads and ensure on time, on budget execution
Oversee compliance and coordinate daily activities with PM
Lead subcontractor coordination and maintain strong owner relations
Support project delivery documentation and team training initiatives
What we're looking for:
3+ years of construction experience, preferably with mission critical or base building projects
Proven ability to manage $100M+ ground-up construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to oversee large teams
Background in managing complex project schedules and stakeholder coordination
Proficient with Procore, P6 and Bluebeam
