What you'll be doing:
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting full-cycle bookkeeping
Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
Managing accounts payable, including processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in the internal system
Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
Collaborating with project managers and other teams to allocate expenses correctly
Preparing reports and documentation for audits or management review
Participating in process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline workflows
What they're looking for:
An understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
A bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred
Familiarity with Deltek Computer Ease or similar construction accounting software is a plus
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
