Oversee daily site operations and manage the construction schedule to meet deadlines
Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Monitor construction quality to ensure work aligns with project specifications and industry standards
Identify and resolve construction issues such as delays or resource shortages

Minimum of 3 years of field experience as a Superintendent
Experience managing commercial projects valued between $5 million and $30 million plus
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or Procore
Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
