10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Proven portfolio of built work in the public and/or private sector
Licensed Landscape Architect with the ability to lead projects
Strong experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing complex projects
Business development experience and a track record of cultivating client relationships

Lead and mentor a talented landscape architecture team across various public and private sector projects
Oversee project development, from initial design to final construction, ensuring high-quality, sustainable outcomes
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet both functional and aesthetic goals
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and growing the firm’s presence in the market
Shape the strategic direction of the practice, contributing to long-term goals and vision
