A bit about you:

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and retro-commissioning

  • Experience with LL87 compliance and assessments

  • Familiarity with NYC and/or Philadelphia energy codes and regulations (preferred)

  • Proven ability to analyze building systems and provide energy-efficient solutions

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

  • Lead and manage retro-commissioning projects to optimize MEP system performance

  • Conduct energy audits, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee implementation

  • Ensure compliance with LL87 and NYC energy codes
