A bit about you:
2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
Preference for candidates with stability in past roles (not too many companies)
Experience managing commercial projects valued at $5M-$30M+
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
Solid understanding of documentation processes between owners, architects, and contractors
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, and shop drawings
A bit about tasks:
Assist in developing and managing project plans and schedules, adjusting as necessary to ensure on-time completion
Help create and oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks
Support the Project Manager as the primary client contact, ensuring clear and open communication with project teams
Enforce quality standards, manage risks, and monitor safety practices and compliance on-site
Maintain comprehensive project records, oversee procurement, and manage supply chains
